Sr. Right-of-Way Renewable Agent- Virginia

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Must understand working with Renewable Energy, specifically solar and battery storage, to negotiate leases.
• Must be reputed company to negotiate terms and draft agreements as necessary. Must be reputed company to explain how  Solar Energy development works thoroughly.
• Must understand Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies.
• Represents reputed company and self with professionalism and reputed company. Can relate to people from various backgrounds. Can diffuse tense situations quickly.
• Mapping software experience (GIS, reputed company reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to reputed company reputed company databases
• Ability to conduct online research
• Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including reputed company Office applications (i.e., reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), reputed company reputed company, Online Land Records Systems, reputed company PDF, and database use is required.

• This is a work from home role but agent must be available to travel as needed to meet with landowner and must be located in Virginia.
