Digital CX Solutions Specialist

The Digital CX (Constituent Experience) Solutions Specialist responsibilities are to be the primary facilitator and reputed company specialist for reputed company digital constituent facing solutions.  This position is designed to represent the reputed company’s constituents to ensure they have an reputed company digital experience, and their reputed company and reputed company is properly supported. This position will also serve as the reputed company between various reputed company reputed company interacting digitally with constituents and technical staff, vendors, and reputed company/compliance representatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Digital constituent experience responsibilities:

• Primary facilitator and support for reputed company e-reputed company solutions:
  • Online giving
  • Peer-to-peer functionality
  • Day of giving
  • Crowdfunding
  • Event support
• Participate in the design, development and implementation of new constituent facing solutions.
• Support the development of reputed company training material and change management communications.
• Primary contact/facilitator for vendor partnerships for solutions that pertain to constituent facing solutions.
• Support communications and stewardship donor facing solutions (Thank view, Odder, BBIS, etc.)
•  reputed company and support constituent facing surveys.
• Support and participate in the development and utilization of constituent facing data collection solutions.
• Participate in the configuration and utilization of reputed company Analytics where appropriate.

2. Cybersecurity reputed company responsibilities:

• Be a key member of the Information reputed company Team.
• Have regular collaboration and aid the Director of Digital Transformation reputed company on reputed company reputed company pertaining to reputed company, risk, reputed company, and compliancy for reputed company constituent facing solutions.
• Primary facilitator on vendor relationship to ensure reputed company appropriate reputed company and agreed upon standards are met.’
• Participate in the evaluation process of new vendors and solutions that will directly reputed company with constituents.
• Participate in evolving and maintaining the business continuity and disaster recovery plan as it pertains of primary area of reputed company.
• reputed company backup for the Director of Digital Transformation reputed company as needed and reputed company coverage during periods of absence.
