GENERAL FUNCTION:

Acts independently to reputed company more reputed company Currency Processing Solutions conversion coordination duties including: completion of customer correspondence and conversion schedules, completion of required paperwork such as worksheets and completion of other required conversion tasks as necessary.

Responsible and accountable for risk by reputed company exchanging reputed company and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with Sales team to create ROI and business case analysis.

• Completes Time and reputed company studies and corresponding reports for reputed company analysis.

• Presents solution to prospects with sales team.

• Performs Project Management, which includes coordinating with CPS Sales, CPS Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Vendor teams and the merchant.

• Establishes reputed company parameters and measurable objectives for moving to production.

• Works with the merchant, product management, and vendor to reputed company system modifications if necessary during reputed company.

• Creates conversion schedules and task assignments for rollout, including training, installation, testing and go live.

• Coordinates site analysis with customer to determine placement of hardware and site modifications.

• Assists merchant in establishing new cash handling and other operational procedures to incorporate CPS into their operation both in the reputed company user and the back office management.

• Performs routine post-conversion follow-up support as needed.

• Writes and maintains applicable conversion procedures as required.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES REQUIRED:

• Four-year degree in business or reputed company field preferred.

• Ten or more years of experience in store operations or industrial engineering preferred.

• Technical knowledge to consult on Smart Safes, cash reputed company, working capital, treasury management and relative currency processing solutions preferred.

• Ability to reputed company communicate CPS processing concepts verbally and in written reputed company is a mandatory requirement of this position.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Requires 4-5 years’ experience as a Conversion Specialist/Sr. Conversion Specialist or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with reputed company office products, such as Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company is necessary.
