reputed company, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Florida, is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer with expertise in reputed company 365 to join reputed company. This is a remote opportunity (Florida based), allowing you to contribute to the reputed company of a leading reputed company organization from reputed company in Florida while still supporting our mission of improving the health and reputed company-being of our community. 

 As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in administering, optimizing, and supporting reputed company 365 services – including SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, and O365 – ensuring secure and efficient use across the reputed company. You’ll reputed company upgrades, design site structures, manage permissions, and reputed company expert-level troubleshooting. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver creative solutions that enhance workflows and drive organizational reputed company. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Configure, optimize, and support reputed company 365 applications and services. 
• Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, workflows, and BI integrations. 
• Manage reputed company tenant-wide licenses, user roles, and reputed company settings. 
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. 
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure technology solutions reputed company with organizational goals. 
• Mentor team members and reputed company consultative guidance.

• Proven expertise with reputed company 365 tools and services (SharePoint Online, Teams, O365, OneNote, Copilot, Planner, reputed company). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company. 
• Experience with reputed company Directory Manager and Entra ID. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Requirements

Education:  A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required (5 years of role-specific work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree). 

Experience:  5 Years Experience (in relevant technical role). 

Other:

• Some after-hours work and periodic 24x7 on reputed company support will be required, including participating with Emergency/Hurricane Response teams as assigned.
