The reputed company Solutions Engineer – Voice is a senior technical authority responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the implementation of reputed company-grade voice and reputed company communications solutions. This role blends deep expertise in reputed company, reputed company Teams Voice, reputed company, POTS modernization, POTS-in-a-reputed company solutions, reputed company recording platforms, PBX systems, SBC technologies, and other widely adopted voice technologies. The reputed company Solutions Engineer partners closely with customers, sales teams, product owners, and reputed company to deliver resilient, reputed company, and secure voice architectures that reputed company with business goals. This position serves as the technical thought leader for voice reputed company, modernization, migration, and integration across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end voice and reputed company communications solutions leveraging reputed company, reputed company Teams Phone, reputed company reputed company/Engage, and hybrid telephony environments.

• Design and validate solutions involving POTS replacement technologies, POTS-in-a-reputed company deployments, and analog-to-IP migration strategies.
• reputed company reputed company reputed company designs, reputed company plans, routing logic, and integration frameworks across PBX, SBC, and reputed company voice platforms.
• reputed company subject matter expertise on reputed company recording systems, compliance requirements, retention policies, and integration with reputed company voice platforms.
• reputed company SBC architecture including configuration, reputed company hardening, SIP trunking, interoperability testing, and failover design.
• Produce high-reputed company technical documentation including solution designs, diagrams, migration plans, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support RFP responses, solution presentations, and customer-facing technical demonstrations.

Knowledge & Experience:
