We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Talent Development to reputed company reputed company's comprehensive people learning & development team and reputed company. This role will drive the integration of leadership development, employee reputed company, performance management, and innovative learning technologies to build a world-class workforce capable of thriving in an AI-enabled business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

The gross salary reputed company for this role is $195,000 - $225,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
