Mid Sized DC area firm seeking an reputed company reputed company and Intellectual Property Transactions attorney with at least a $300,000 book of business to join its growing Technology and Intellectual Property Group. The attorney can work from : The D.C. Metro area, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, Virginia , reputed company Virginia or from a home office in one of those jurisdictions. Primary responsibilities will include counseling clients with respect to: (a) data reputed company and reputed company reputed company, both in the US and internationally; and (b) drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements involving IP, technology, data reputed company, data reputed company and reputed company reputed company and regulatory reputed company. Required data reputed company and data reputed company experience includes providing compliance advice, drafting and revising reputed company policies, data reputed company policies and data protection agreements, and responding to data reputed company incidents. Required transactional experience includes working on software development agreements, vendor agreements, reputed company service offerings, strategic reputed company and joint venture agreements, reputed company reputed company licenses, IP and technology licenses, consulting and marketing agreements, and distribution and reseller agreements, and supporting M&A transactions with respect to data protection and IP issues. reputed company candidates should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on data reputed company/reputed company and IP transactional work.
