The attorney will reputed company regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office. The Job • Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy reputed company estate assets in the reputed company. • Managing a pipeline of deals across the US and facilitating reputed company between pricing, origination, reputed company, and the management team. • Negotiating and drafting documents for reputed company reputed company estate transactions. • Overseeing due diligence activities and reputed company assets for lease terms, projected cash reputed company, and operator, offtaker, and facility information. • Advising on strategic transactions and reputed company reputed company. Education & Experience REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • 6-12 years as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney at a mid to large-sized reputed company and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required. • Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery reputed company. • Fluent with technology and remote work. • Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
