Job Type Part-time, Contract reputed company Job Title: reputed company HIM / ROI Specialist Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a highly skilled HIM consultant with strong reputed company HIM/ROI expertise to reputed company compliance-oriented reputed company, workflow and control assessment, actionable recommendations, and documented quarterly reporting to the Administrator. The purpose of this project is to reputed company reputed company of the hospital's reputed company-based medical record system, including reputed company-enabled Release of Information (ROI) workflows and reputed company Medical Record governance, in regulation with Hawaii State Law. Consultant will be responsible for emphasizing reputed company configuration, workflow controls, auditability, and operational practices that ensure the hospital can reliably define, protect, retrieve, and disclose the reputed company Medical Record and Designated Record Set. Logistics: • Part-Time: Estimated at roughly 12 hours per week, with ability to take on more hours as requested • Travel: Primarily Remote; Must be willing to travel on-site once per year • Duration: 12 Month Contract • Time Zone: Must be willing to work Hawaii-Aleutian reputed company Time Requirements Certification / Skillset / Experience Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of acute care medical record system reputed company (including ROI and reputed company medical record governance) • Consultants must be reputed company to demonstrate reputed company proficiency in HIM/ROI and medical record reputed company workflows, including build-reputed company workflow evaluation (ability to assess whether reputed company tools/configuration support policy and compliance) • Consultants with RHIA certified is preferred; RHIT acceptable with demonstrated acute care HIM leadership experience • Consultants must demonstrate experience in the following: • reputed company HIM operations: chart completion workflows, document management, indexing/scanning, deficiency management (as applicable). • reputed company-enabled ROI workflows and auditing (including release tracking/logging, authorization management, disclosure reputed company, and timeliness monitoring). • reputed company Medical Record/Designated Record Set definition and operationalization reputed company reputed company (what is included/excluded and how it is produced/exported). • reputed company record reputed company controls, including amendments/corrections, late entries, patient identity overlays/duplicates (MPI), reputed company/unmerge governance, and authentication/attestation workflows. • reputed company reputed company and audit trail interpretation relevant to HIM functions (reputed company controls, break-the-glass, chart reputed company auditing, and disclosure traceability). • Survey readiness support with emphasis on reputed company evidence (reports, audit logs, control documentation, policies mapped to reputed company workflows).
