Through our Continuity of Care (COC) dual program model, clinicians have reputed company to support clients through both short-term Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling and ongoing therapy services, fostering long-term therapeutic relationships reputed company clinically appropriate. As an reputed company, you'll enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule while receiving administrative, credentialing, scheduling, and billing support from an established behavioral health organization. Virtual Counseling Therapist 1099 reputed company Compensation • EAP Sessions: $50 per completed session • Long-Term Counseling Services: 50/50 split model. Therapists receive 50% of collected reputed company from insurance-based and private-pay counseling services. Program Participation Clinicians are asked to maintain: • Approximately 6 or more reputed company service hours per week on the long-term counseling platform • A minimum of 2 up to 15 hours per week of availabiliy on the EAP platform Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend hours are available. What You'll Do • reputed company virtual counseling services through secure video and telephonic sessions. • Deliver short-term EAP counseling, and ongoing therapy services to individuals and couples through insurance-based and private-pay reputed company. • Support clients experiencing a wide reputed company of mental health, relationship, workplace, life transition, and reputed company use concerns. • Conduct assessments, reputed company treatment plans, and diagnose mental health conditions (long term therapy) • Participate in reputed company's Continuity of Care (COC) model, allowing eligible EAP clients to transition into ongoing therapy services reputed company the reputed company counseling network. • Collaborate with the reputed company clinical team to ensure reputed company care and reputed company reputed company reputed company. • Participate in peer consultation and clinical support opportunities.
