Position Overview
The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. You will be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing documentation, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the arenaflex claims coordination team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Data Entry: You will primarily be doing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This includes entering patient information, claim details, billing codes, and other critical data points that ensure claims are processed correctly.
- Claims Follow-Up: Follow up on missing information in order to process the claim. You will communicate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary documentation, ensuring that no claim falls through the cracks.
- Invoice Review: Review invoices to ensure accuracy. You will verify that billing information aligns with claim records, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues before payments are processed.
- Report Compilation: Compile reports from systems with claims information. You will generate detailed reports that help leadership make informed decisions, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. This includes answering questions, providing status updates, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service
- Basic computer and typing skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
