THE ROLE The Talent & People Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our People Operations function by owning the reputed company end of the hiring process, reputed company to promotion, reputed company program for our young employees and the lifecycle of our employees. This role manages recruitment from candidate sourcing through reputed company (CI) screening, interviewing, and interview scheduling, ensuring a consistent, reputed company, and reputed company experience for every candidate and hiring leader.
