- Managing Customer Inquiries and Support Tickets: You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support tickets through our customer service platforms, HubSpot and Gorgias, ensuring timely and accurate responses that resolve issues completely and satisfy our customers.
- Understanding Customer Needs: You'll actively listen to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Maintaining Detailed Records: You'll maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and enabling better future service.
- Collaborating Across Departments: You'll work closely with our sales, product, and operations teams to improve customer service and product offerings based on valuable customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Measuring Customer Satisfaction: You'll conduct follow-up surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, using insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
