What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a TechOps AWS Web Developer at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our technology operations, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the web applications and cloud infrastructure that power our operations. Here's what you can expect in this role:

  • Architectural Innovation: Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) tasks to validate new architectures and innovative solutions that address evolving business needs.
  • Full-Stack Development: Write, grow, and maintain code across both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology ecosystem.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze user requirements to derive software design specifications and performance requirements, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Debug existing software, identify defects, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Documentation Excellence: Provide guidance for improving documentation and software development process standards, fostering knowledge sharing across the team.

  • AWS Services Optimization: Utilize AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront to build and deploy web applications that meet our stringent performance requirements.

What You Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience with web development and web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Django.

  • AWS Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront.
  • Containerization Skills: Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
