**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, making a meaningful impact on people's lives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
* Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Offer empathetic and personalized support to members, resolving their questions on the first call
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a secure work space free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
* Reliable internet connection with approved speed requirements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
* 6 months of work-from-home experience
* Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
