You will collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our workflow, generate candidate answers, and weigh tradeoffs to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality games. Additionally, you will be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines * Preserve, extend, and aid our existing development gear * Build and guide custom asset pipelines * Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures * Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to streamline our workflow and implement solutions * Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games * Assist in the adoption of solutions by the team **Essential Qualifications** * Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work * Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness * Enjoy working with custom standalone gear * Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines * Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript * Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity * Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech * Familiarity with required utility materials * Resume outlining applicable experience **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify workflow inefficiencies * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and technical skills * Familiarity with game development pipelines and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
