**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team
* Performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims reputed company
* Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
**Essential Qualifications**
