What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our marketing team, you will assist in managing and curating compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape arenaflex's digital identity and strengthen our connection with customers.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's values and marketing objectives
  • Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, customer comments, and messages, engaging with followers by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, personable, and authentic manner
  • Collaborate with the social media manager and creative team to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas, promotional activities, and content calendars that drive engagement and conversion
  • Assist in scheduling and posting content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, impressions, and click-through rates
  • Compile data and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
