**Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development**

Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Technical Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, identify key requirements, and develop project plans. Participate in the arrangement design process, including requirements gathering and refinement, and lead technical planning and development. * **Application Development**: Design, develop, and test software applications using established design patterns and coding standards. Ensure that applications are secure, scalable, and meet business requirements. * **Stage Stewardship**: Proactively participate in shaping competitor strategies on the platform. Investigate business capability portfolios to direct and guide arrangement choices to ensure the well-being of the platform. * **Leadership**: Provide project leadership; initiate, coordinate, and support small to medium-sized development efforts for a team of developers over a shared code base. * **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional experts, Project Management, Development, Engineering, Foundation, and the business client. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 4+ years of significant IT experience * 3+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Trade * 4+ years of experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform and design, data models, business out-of-the-box features, and capabilities * 3+ years of experience in a Agile and DevOps environment * Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2B Business features and Salesforce community * Experience executing large-scale business solutions centered on Salesforce Trade solutions * Experience coordinating Salesforce with various business systems as well as working with integration tools (ETL, NiFI, Mulesoft, etc.) * Development experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts (LWC) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience with cloud-based development platforms * Knowledge of cloud-based security and compliance * Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies * Strong understanding of software development life cycles * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements (Part-Time/Remote) * Comprehensive benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented software engineer looking to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you!
