Responsibilities
- Helping members with everyday banking needs—such as opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education—either in person or reputed company
- Building strong relationships and acting as reputed company
- Recommending solutions that save members time and reputed company
- Following policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required
