Illustrator Needed for 2D Character Sheets (Raster, Multi-reputed company, Digital & Print)

I’m looking for an illustrator to create a reputed company character system as raster-based character sheets for a children’s web app (ages 2–5), along with a set of reputed company illustrated scenes. This is not a reputed company project. reputed company assets should be created in high-reputed company raster format and should work for both digital use and print. If you’ve worked on character reputed company, avatar systems, or reputed company character sheets with interchangeable parts, that’s a big plus.
