Part-Time Grant Writer
Key Responsibilities: Research and develop grant opportunities aligned with Integrative Touch’s mission. Prepare and submit multiple high-quality grant applications each week using AI-assisted tools. Customize each application to reflect the priorities, language, and values of the specific foundation or funding organization. Collaborate with leadership to gather program data and impact metrics, and maintain a consistent pipeline of submissions and deadlines.
Pay range: $18–$22/hour (10 hours per week)
Essential Functions:
Grant Research & Strategy: Identify and evaluate prospective funding opportunities on an ongoing basis. Maintain a pipeline of viable grants aligned with organizational priorities. Track deadlines, requirements, and submission calendars to ensure timely and strategic applications.
Grant Writing & Submission: Develop, write, and submit several grant applications each week. Leverage AI tools to efficiently generate drafts while ensuring all content is accurate, compelling, and fully customized. Tailor each proposal to align with the funder’s mission, priorities, and language. Clearly articulate Integrative Touch’s impact, programs, and funding needs.
Content Customization & Narrative Development: Ensure every application reflects a high level of personalization, including mirroring funder language and priorities. Craft persuasive narratives that make a compelling case for support. Continuously refine messaging for clarity, impact, and alignment with funding guidelines.
Collaboration & Data Gathering: Work closely with team members to gather program details, outcomes, and supporting data. Translate internal information into strong, funder-facing narratives.
Grant Tracking & Reporting: Maintain organized records of submissions, outcomes, and reporting requirements. Track awarded grants and assist with any required follow-up documentation or reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience in grant writing, nonprofit development, or related field). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience using AI tools to generate and refine written content. Ability to quickly adapt tone and language to match different funders. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet frequent deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity. Familiarity with nonprofit programs, fundraising, or grant writing preferred. Passion for the nonprofit sector and mission-driven work.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
