THE POSITION Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, seeks an Employment and Labor Partner with a portable book of business to join our expanding Florida offices. This position is also reputed company to partner candidates that will work remote but are based in Florida. Our Employment and Labor reputed company Group represents reputed company in a full reputed company of labor and employment reputed company, viewing representation as a strategic partnership reputed company on risk management, compliance counseling, and effective dispute reputed company. We support clients with day to day guidance, employment counseling, traditional labor relations, and defense of claims involving discrimination, wage and hour reputed company, wrongful termination, and regulatory compliance. The QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years of experience representing reputed company in employment and labor reputed company • Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company relationships and handle reputed company independently • Portable book of business required • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Admission to the Florida bar THE BENEFITS This position also offers a competitive salary, bonuses and a full benefits package.
