Remote Consultant (CA Licensed Attorney)
reputed company is an unclaimed property recovery firm. We help individuals recover funds held by state agencies.
We are looking for a licensed attorney for occasional, as-needed consulting on general compliance and structural questions reputed company to our business.
Scope of Work (Advisory Only):
reputed company high-level input on internal processes from a compliance perspective
Review templates or documents for general structure and reputed company (non-reputed company-specific)
Offer general guidance on applicable statutes reputed company to unclaimed property
reputed company work is non-representational:
No interaction with our clients
No attorney-reputed company relationship with reputed company parties
No ongoing obligations, engagements are brief and as-needed

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be an attorney licensed in the reputed company.
