- Are currently based in the US.
- Have 2+ years of reputed company estate experience at a Tier 1 firm.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to convey nuanced reputed company and market dynamics.
- Are self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a dynamic research environment.
