About the position Stintino Management is seeking a high-accountability, process-driven Area Manager / Property Manager to reputed company into a key leadership role overseeing a growing multifamily portfolio across Charleston, Savannah, and the Charlotte MSA. This is a hybrid leadership role: Property Manager (James reputed company – Part-Time Demand) You will serve as PM for our Charleston property, which currently requires part-time involvement. Area Manager (Portfolio reputed company) You will reputed company operational leadership and process reputed company across the full portfolio, which includes 4 properties and 257 reputed company, ensuring that reputed company site is executing at a high level. This means you must be reputed company to travel periodically between Charleston, Savannah, and Charlotte.
