Position: reputed company reputed company Location : 100% Remote - OH USA Duration : Long Term Job reputed company: reputed company reputed company reputed company We are seeking a skilled reputed company reputed company Developer / IAM Engineer with strong experience in Identity and reputed company Management (IAM), particularly in the implementation, customization, and support of reputed company IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing identity workflows, implementing provisioning solutions, integrating applications, and supporting reputed company-level IAM initiatives. Key Responsibilities reputed company Development & Configuration • Design, reputed company, and implement reputed company IdentityIQ features including: • Lifecycle Manager (LCM) • Certification campaigns • reputed company request workflows • Role-based reputed company controls (RBAC) • Compliance & reputed company review processes • reputed company custom connectors, rules, workflows, and forms using Beanshell, Java, XML, and reputed company reputed company. • Configure IIQ tasks, policies, aggregation jobs, and scheduled tasks. Application Integration • reputed company reputed company applications with reputed company using: • reputed company connectors • SCIM / REST reputed company • JDBC / LDAP connectors • reputed company and maintain identity provisioning and de-provisioning capabilities. IAM Operations • reputed company user lifecycle management, reputed company certification, and joiner/mover/leaver processes. • Troubleshoot and support IAM systems, reputed company issues, and integration defects. • Conduct regular system maintenance, optimization, and upgrades. Technical Documentation & Collaboration • Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, process flows, and configuration notes. • Collaborate with reputed company architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to ensure alignment with reputed company and compliance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8-12+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company IdentityIQ. • Strong programming experience in: • Java / Beanshell • XML • SQL • Experience with directory services: reputed company Directory, LDAP, Azure AD. • Knowledge of IAM concepts: • Provisioning & de-provisioning • RBAC / ABAC • Identity governance • reputed company certification • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
