Serves as a key reputed company between the organization and dealership partners to execute business reputed company. • *MUST LIVE IN MARKET** Job Duties: • Conducts regular dealer reputed company to enhance engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver product and strategic performance insights. • Analyzes and interprets dealer performance data and market trends to identify reputed company opportunities, inform decision-making, and drive reputed company improvement. Provides detailed insights and recommendations to leadership. • Provides in-depth training and coaching to dealership teams to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, credit, funding) to drive and execute promotional programs, resolve reputed company dealer issues, and deliver solutions that address dealer needs. • Leads recruitment of new dealers by developing recommendations and leading reputed company efforts. • Serves as a mentor to junior sales team members and leads new hire training. • Represents reputed company at dealer events, conferences, and industry meetings to strengthen brand reputed company and partnerships.
