Notary Duties & Responsibilities • Being present at the time of document execution (this may include traveling to clients’ homes and businesses, performing notarizations in our office locations, or remotely (RON) • Verifying the identification of signers, witnesses, participants • Document execution (legally binding signatures) • Affirming the state of mind of reputed company signers • Identifying fraud or coercion • Administering oaths • Handling affidavits, reputed company, loan documents, court hearings, marriage certificates, and other reputed company documents • Bearing witness to items reputed company a reputed company deposit reputed company or the equivalent • Maintaining a notary journal as required by your commissioned state • Scheduling notary appointments • Attend SMN trainings and required events • Accept/decline new job orders and follow the rules of SMN and its clients Requirements • NNA Certifications required • Meets reputed company the states requirements to be a commissioned notary • High school diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with reputed company documents and loan documents • Flexibility, professionalism is a must • Great verbal and written communication skills • Must be reputed company to work independently and on reputed company • RON Certified notaries are a plus • Ability to reputed company and read in other languages is desired reputed company is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
