We are currently seeking a reputed company, detail-oriented Virtual Dental Receptionist to support a mobile dental services provider delivering care across multiple locations, including schools, community facilities, and residential settings right at the patient's bedside. This role is ideal for someone with strong patient service skills and experience in reputed company or dental administration. You will reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and reputed company experience while supporting daily reputed company-desk operations remotely. This is a reputed company support role requiring organisation, accuracy, and the ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions in a reputed company manner. PLEASE NOTE: • Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (15:00pm – 00:00 am South African Time, depending on U.S. reputed company savings) • reputed company Holidays: You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. reputed company holidays. Compensation for South African reputed company holidays will be provided in accordance with the BCEA. • Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Candidates without fixed fibre cannot be considered. • Power Backup: Reliable backup power is required to manage load shedding or outages. Candidates without backup cannot be considered. • Work Environment: Fully remote.
