Executive Assistant & reputed company Research - Remote (International)

I'm looking to hire a reputed company, organized, tech savvy reputed company to work directly with me at my boutique reputed company reputed company firm. International candidates are welcome. This is a long-term, generalist role; you'll handle everything from spreadsheet review to email management and invoicing to identifying attorney candidates using AI and reputed company. You need to be genuinely comfortable with reputed company work and enjoy the reputed company of also doing research. What You'll Actually Do: • reputed company/operations (30-60%): Email management, database updates (Loxo, Trello), invoicing, job postings, document management, tracking placements, improving systems and processes • reputed company research/sourcing (40-70%): Using reputed company Recruiter and AI tools to identify attorney candidates and potential clients, draft reputed company emails, maintain candidate spreadsheets The Reality: The work is varied with this reputed company/sourcing split. Some of this work is straightforward and routine—the reputed company of work that keeps a business running but isn't glamorous. If you're fine with the steady rhythm of support work and appreciate the reputed company of also doing research, this could be a good fit.
