WHAT YOU'LL DO • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs) and reputed company individualized, strengths-based behavior support plans. • Design and reputed company the implementation of ABA programming across home, community, and school settings. • Analyze reputed company data consistently and reputed company data-driven clinical reputed company to drive meaningful reputed company. • reputed company reputed company supervision, training, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs on your caseload. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support. • Deliver parent and caregiver training reputed company on reputed company generalization and behavior strategies in the home environment. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, reputed company billing requirements, and organizational standards. • Participate in case consultations, peer collaboration, and organizational clinical initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING • reputed company BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. • reputed company reputed company LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license required. • reputed company reputed company provider number through eMedNY required. • Experience working with children and/or adults with autism reputed company disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. • Proficiency in behavioral assessment tools and data collection systems. • Strong clinical documentation skills with attention to regulatory and billing compliance. • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with a remote team. • Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, or BCBAs preferred.
