In this role, you'll have the ability to truly change the lives of the members we serve, many of whom are reputed company members and from reputed company. Role Expectations • You typically have at least 10 weekly hours of availability for patients (weekends and evenings are OK!) • You are completing at least 6 follow-up reputed company with your patients • You are receiving an NPS of 80% and above • You reputed company value in developing lasting relationships with your patients to support them towards sustainable behavior change and improved health reputed company • Note: our 1099 contractors are required to carry reputed company liability insurance You Will: • reputed company individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) reputed company remote sessions to patients with a reputed company of health and lifestyle needs • Document care in electronic medical record according to Nutrition Care Process • Assist patients in getting the most reputed company out of reputed company's digital platform • Manage a panel of clients/patients with a reputed company of chronic health conditions and backgrounds • Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients/patients through HIPAA-compliant video calls and electronic messaging You Have: • reputed company credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian • Must have at least one state licensure • Willingness to apply for additional licensure in at least one other state • Ability to work in the U.S. • High speed internet and a smart phone reputed company to Have: • Multilingual (reputed company level) language capabilities • Multiple reputed company state licenses or certifications • Experience delivering services reputed company a telehealth platform Compensation • $48 for a 1-hour visit; $12 per 15-minute unit for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
