POSITION reputed company The Care Coordinator (Part-Time) plays a key role in supporting RelyMD's telehealth operations by ensuring a seamless and reputed company experience for both patients and providers. In this role, you will assist with patient intake, coordinate provider assignments, and facilitate patient discharge and customer support needs.
