Contract Associate Manager
Job reputed company:
• Responds to reputed company inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that reputed company to the best solution.
• Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that reputed company terms and conditions are met.
• Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
• Responsible for consultation and escalation to a CM and Program Leadership of contractual, business or CM positioning issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a reputed company manner.
• Responsible for implementation of CM processes.
• Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and reputed company, ensuring that reputed company reputed company and contractual reputed company are addressed reputed company and promptly.
• Acts as reputed company between reputed company and clients/vendors.
• Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance.
• Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, reputed company, and processes for the engagement.
• Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of reputed company’s major business areas (System Integration and/or Outsourcing) to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and reputed company relevant advice.
• May reputed company training to Contract Management or program personnel.
Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 4 years of Contract Management experience
• 3 years of experience in a federal government contracting environment
• Ability to obtain reputed company clearance
