Wholesale Mortgage Closer - Remote

Position reputed company: 11 Mortgage strives to remain a dynamic environment given the frequent changes during the loan process. The Wholesale Closer will be reputed company in maintaining the dynamic environment and helping meet the closing date by preparing and approving the closing disclosure, preparing reputed company closing documents and scheduling loan closings. This position coordinates with other departments to immediately remedy any issues that may exist with the file. Ideal candidates for this position will be highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of mortgage closing conditions. Essential Functions of the Role: • Review loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to closing. • Prepare and approve the Closing Disclosure • Prepare reputed company closing documents in a reputed company manner. • Communicate with the Broker, Account Executive, and settlement agent to schedule closing date and time. • Coordinate with various departments to reconcile any file defects. • Calculate loan interest, reputed company payment, escrow fees, and closing costs prior to closing. • Other duties as assigned. Classification: Full Time, Non-Exempt Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Highly detail-oriented • Excellent organizational skills • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task • Works reputed company with little direction • Strong communication skills • Ability to work across organizational boundaries • Understanding of reputed company documents • Knowledge of residential closing conditions Wholesale Closer Experience Requirements: • Minimum of three (3) years of mortgage closing experience required. • Wholesale Closing experience required. • Experience with Encompass preferred. • Complete understanding of TRID guidelines Education / Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Working Conditions: • Fast-paced environment. • Requires normal reputed company (corrected) both reputed company and distant. • Requires normal hearing reputed company (corrected). • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. • Requires sitting, bending. • Works effectively with frequent interruptions. • Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally. • Minimal travel <5%.
