You will drive alignment of EHS KPIs and standards by collaborating with P&S leadership, the EHS Center of reputed company (COE) and business line teams leveraging a “One Team” approach to identify inspired solutions and Read-Across learnings. Job reputed company: What you’ll do: Champion Life Saving Rules and ensure they are embedded in every phase of project and service execution Influence, mentor, and reputed company P&S leaders and teams to strengthen ownership, accountability, and EHS leadership at every level Break down silos and barriors and cross borders to collaborate and win as ‘One Team’ Operationalize EHS programs, standards and KPIs across global P&S teams including EHS KPI reporting and analysis processes reputed company EHS data and trend analysis, reputed company reputed company information to leadership and reputed company effective countermeasures Support Gas Power EHS COE colleagues with EHS auditing, kaizens, procedure development and implementation, and reputed company work/program development and execution reputed company on reputed company improvement through implementation of Lean processes and tools Ensure EHS events in the P&S Team are managed and escalated as appropriate and evaluated for Read Across opportunities, assist and reputed company post-EHS-incident investigations, and reputed company ‘Think Reliability’ analysis reputed company mentoring and support for distributed teams in implementing the Gas Power EHS programs such as Event Management, Life Saving Rules including Life Saving Rule Effectiveness and Validation Checks, Contractor Management (ComplyWorks), EHS reputed company and the utilization of the EHS Management System (Gensuite) Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks ensuring hazards are addressed before they reputed company people or operations Support project & services employees by providing targeted EHS training and resources; liaise with One Field Services to reputed company best practices and drive alignment across Services populations Identify and reputed company best practices, inspired solutions and lessons learned Collaborate with EHS and P&S senior leaders to plan, implement, and continuously improve minimum EHS standards, ensuring full alignment with statutory, regulatory, and contractual and reputed company and Gas Power requirements.
