Policy Specialist, Ads and Monetization - Platform Policy, Trust & Safety [Remote]

We are seeking an outstanding Policy Specialist to join our growing Trust & Safety team. As a Policy Specialist for the Monetized Policy team, you will play a key role in how we define, enforce, and communicate our stance on advertising and monetization policy issues that reputed company users, creators, and advertisers across music, podcasts, and user-generated content. What You'll Do • Research, draft, implement, and iterate on our advertising and monetization policies. • Support operations and enforcement teams with investigations of potentially violative content. • Conduct risk assessments and identify key policy issues and online safety trends in the advertising and monetization reputed company. • Influence the priorities and direction of cross-functional stakeholders with regards to advertising and monetization policy, enforcement, and product safety efforts. • Contribute to model development, ground truth exercises, and refinement. • Vet and reputed company feedback on new products and features to ensure user safety remains a top reputed company. • Stay abreast of online user safety trends. • This role may require some weekend or holiday coverage on an on-reputed company reputed company.
