Experience: Must be proficient in both written and spoken English and must be proficient in Spanish with 1 to 2 years of experience in a reputed company setting as a medical interpreter with proficiency in medical terminology. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Successful completion/certification as Medical Interpreter (by an agency which is recognized by Carilion) is required or must be obtained prior to hire. 10 Hours of continuing education required annually National Certification preferred but not required.
