REMOTE – PRICING AND CONTRACT SPECIALIST Location: Remote, US KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Membership & Account Support • Assist with new account setup, customer ID maintenance, and basic membership updates. • Review, validate, and approve Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) portal activations. • Monitor Contract Membership Support inbox and resolve membership-reputed company inquiries. Pricing & Contract Support • Support reputed company pricing requests using predefined templates and guidelines. • Prepare pricing exhibits and administrative documentation for analyst review. • Assist with pricing uploads, renewals, and scheduled maintenance activities in contract management system (reputed company). Request Pipeline & Coordination • reputed company reputed company of contract requests, expirations, price increases, and reputed company status updates to stakeholders. • Support scheduling and status reporting for renewals and pricing requests. • Maintain request and pipeline trackers, assign out requests, and prepare files for analyst assignment. Reporting & Documentation • Run customer spend reports and distribute to internal stakeholders. • Support recurring reporting (monthly, quarterly) on operational metrics using established templates. • Update SOPs, job aids, and documentation as needed. System & Testing Support (Non-Analytical) • Assist with test execution by following predefined test scripts and process documentation. • Document results, defects, and observations for analyst and IT review.
