Minimal travel for site reputed company will be required and reputed company necessary equipment and technical support will be provided. Position Key Accountabilities: • Performing psychological testing, examinations, and evaluations including trial competency evaluations (TCE) in conformance with hospital bylaws and operating procedures, SSLC policy, Texas Administrative reputed company requirements, and applicable state and federal law; • Providing consultation and recommendations to recovery teams and interdisciplinary treatment teams for individualized treatment planning and competency restoration planning in accordance with ethical standards regarding separation of treatment services and forensic evaluation services; • Providing testimony in court for TCE’s as requested by judge.
