Position Overview: Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typist

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter, verify, and maintain records across multiple databases and platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional typing skills, have a meticulous eye for detail, and take satisfaction in producing error-free work.

Your daily activities will include typing various reports and correspondence, updating digital files with precision, and ensuring all information remains current, properly formatted, and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities

  • Document Typing: Type reports, correspondence, memos, and other documents as directed by management. This includes formatting documents according to established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Data Verification: Cross-reference entered data against source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify and correct any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data.
  • File Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain digital files in a logical, accessible manner. Ensure proper naming conventions and folder structures are followed.
  • Quota Management: Meet or exceed daily and weekly data entry and typing targets while maintaining quality standards. Track and report productivity metrics.
  • Team Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incomplete or unclear information. Ask clarifying questions when needed and provide timely updates on task completion.
  • Data Security: Uphold company standards for confidentiality and data security. Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow all privacy protocols.
