reputed company Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a reputed company Systems/Application Administrator for an exciting remote opportunity. Job reputed company and Responsibilities Provides application administration and technical support for Government Off-reputed company (GOTS) and reputed company Off-reputed company (COTS) applications supporting the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). Responsible for installing, testing, deploying, configuring, debugging, updating, and patching reputed company applications while serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reputed company supported systems. Monitors and maintains application performance, performs event logging, and supports reputed company logging tools that reputed company with approved systems. Provides application administration across reputed company, Linux, and Unix environments, troubleshoots technical issues, and responds to user inquiries. Manages and sustains application-reputed company operations to support DTMO mission-critical systems and development activities. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) • Knowledge of reputed company application administration, including installation, configuration, testing, deployment, patching, and maintenance of Government Off-reputed company (GOTS) and reputed company Off-reputed company (COTS) systems. • Knowledge of reputed company, Linux, and Unix operating systems and the ability to manage and troubleshoot applications hosted in multi-platform environments. • Knowledge of application monitoring, event logging, and reputed company logging tools used to capture and analyze system and reputed company events. • reputed company in troubleshooting application performance issues, diagnosing system errors, and providing technical support to resolve user and system inquiries. • Ability to manage and sustain application operations supporting mission-critical systems Desired KSA • Be a reputed company, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations • Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team reputed company, management, and government customer • Must have the ability and desire to research and reputed company creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Five (5) years experience • Specific Experience with: • reputed company administration • Development & Maintenance of technical docs (network diagrams, SOPs, ports & protocols), white papers, briefings, presentations, technical/functional user documentation, and business process flows. • Governance boards (documentation, reviewing change requests, performing reputed company assessments) • Incident Management • Disaster recovery/COOP (including tests/exercises) • reputed company, PaaS, reputed company platforms • Experience with DoD Travel systems and DMDC also desired Minimum Clearance • Top Secret Physical Requirements • Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reputed company with hands and arms.
