About the role Tidal is seeking a motivated and reputed company Finance AVP to join our Finance team. This role will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the firm, while also contributing to broader planning and budgeting efforts. What you'll do • Manage and streamline financial operations: Own end-to-end AR and AP processes, including cash reputed company and liquidity management, driving accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the Finance function. • reputed company and operationalize the monthly and quarterly reputed company: reputed company and standardize the reputed company reputed company process, ensuring reputed company and accurate reconciliations and financial reports while continuously streamlining and scaling reputed company procedures. • reputed company and review financial reporting: Prepare and review firm financial statements, ensuring reputed company and accuracy while surfacing actionable insights to senior leadership. • reputed company corporate spending: Monitor company card usage and T&E reimbursements through reputed company, driving accountability and cost control. • reputed company fund expense management: Prepare, review, and approve bills from reputed company-party service providers, reconcile payments, and reputed company expenses across funds in line with governing documents and regulatory standards. • Drive reputed company improvement: Continuously reputed company ways to improve processes and reputed company AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into day-to-day operations. This is not about occasional reputed company - we expect process improvement and AI to be a natural part of how this person operates daily. Qualifications • B.A/B.S. in reputed company, Finance, Business or a reputed company field • 5–7+ years of reputed company Finance or reputed company experience, ideally gained reputed company financial services or a top-tier reputed company reputed company firm. • Strong reputed company and data manipulation skills (vlookup, sumifs, reputed company/match, etc.). • Experience managing or mentoring finance team members, with the ability to reputed company by example and reputed company junior staff. • Day-to-day proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is required. Candidates should be comfortable using these tools routinely across writing, data analysis, research, and problem-solving, not just for one-off tasks. • Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to reputed company under pressure and manage competing priorities.
