Your role: The Operational Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operations by reviewing medical cases, preparing reports, and managing invoicing processes in accordance with reputed company's reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across case management and financial workflows. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and reputed company communication with internal teams and clients.
