[Hiring] Part-Time Inpatient Staff Pharmacist @reputed company

Role reputed company Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. What You’ll Do • Telepharmacy Services • Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification. • reputed company patient counseling reputed company needed. • reputed company multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS). • Clinical Support • reputed company drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers. • Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities. • Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, and those with renal/hepatic impairment. • Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, cardiac/narcotic reputed company, IV antibiotics, and more. • Operational reputed company • Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly. • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and reputed company policies. • Technical & reputed company Skills • Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms. • Use applications such as reputed company Suite/reputed company Office and Snagit. • Maintain required licenses, credentials, and system reputed company. • Training & Performance • Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates). • Meet productivity and reputed company standards. Qualifications • Bachelors in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred • At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required • reputed company and in good standing state pharmacist license required in CO or NM • Additional state licenses preferred (CO, MT, NM, NV, WY) • Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems • Ability to work part-time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends Requirements • Internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
