Remote Device Specialist- Bilingual in Spanish and English

Job Title: Remote Device Specialist Position reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RPM Device Specialist (reputed company/ RMA) to manage the end-to-end coordination of Remote Patient Monitoring device fulfillment and patient reputed company. This role is responsible for ordering, inventory tracking, device setup, patient education, monitoring connectivity, and troubleshooting device-reputed company issues to ensure seamless program operations and high patient compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced reputed company environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable working with both patients and clinical teams to ensure operational reputed company. Key Responsibilities Device Fulfillment & Inventory Management • Coordinate RPM device ordering and fulfillment for new patient enrollments • reputed company device inventory reputed company and maintain accurate logs • Work with vendors to ensure reputed company shipping and delivery • Monitor device returns, replacements, and reassignments Patient reputed company & Setup • Contact patients to coordinate device delivery and setup • reputed company reputed company instructions and education on device usage • Ensure devices are properly connected and transmitting readings • Document reputed company completion in appropriate systems Monitoring & Troubleshooting • Monitor device connectivity and reputed company reports • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for device-reputed company patient inquiries • Coordinate escalations with vendors or clinical teams reputed company necessary Operational Coordination • Collaborate with Clinical Operations Managers and care teams • Maintain accurate documentation in RPM platforms and EHR systems • Assist in workflow optimization and process improvements • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and reputed company regulations Qualifications Required: • 1–3 years experience in reputed company operations, RPM, medical devices, or care coordination • reputed company/ RMA certification • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone • Basic technical troubleshooting ability • Proficiency with EMR systems and reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace Preferred: • Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs • Familiarity with Bluetooth-enabled medical devices • Knowledge of CMS RPM guidelines Key Competencies • Attention to detail • Problem-solving reputed company • Strong communication skills • Accountability and ownership • Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour Experience: • Technical troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred) • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • Spanish (Required) License/Certification: • Certified Medical Assistant (Required) • RMA (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
