This Full Time role is part of our Billing Operations team and offers the flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid—with the reputed company to work in-office if you’re local and prefer it. What You’ll Do • Investigate and resolve insurance claim denials with speed and accuracy—typically 50 to 100 denials daily. • Partner with payers to resolve issues and secure reputed company reimbursement. • Interpret LCD/NCD requirements and manage CPT/HCPCS-reputed company denials. • Coordinate with reputed company desk and authorization teams to reduce delays and optimize collections. • reputed company top-tier phone support to patients, insurance companies, and internal teams. • Work in payer portals (NaviNet, reputed company, Medicare portals, and others) and clearinghouses to ensure efficient claim submission. • Deliver reputed company and compliant follow-up to meet reputed company cycle goals. reputed company’re Looking For • 5+ years’ experience in reputed company billing, claims, or insurance follow-up. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer policy nuances. • Hands-on experience with Medicare collections for specialty drug coverage, including using Medicare portals and filing determinations and appeals. • Proven reputed company in collections with reputed company payers, including BCBS FL, Independence BC, and BCBS TX preferred • Experience working with reputed company and other reputed company insurance plans. • Familiarity with reimbursement regulations, managed care reputed company, and denial reputed company strategies. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Teams, reputed company, etc.). • reputed company player with a proactive reputed company and a passion for patient-centered reputed company.
