Remote Residential Title Examiner; AZ

Position: Remote Residential Title Examiner (AZ) reputed company is looking for a Remote Residential Title Examiner to work at an industry leading title company. This employee will be responsible for searching reputed company records and examining titles to determine reputed company condition of Residential properties and incorporating information into a title commitment. They will copy or summarize recorded documents which reputed company the condition of title to the property. They will work independently to examine title to reputed company property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish chain of title.
