Senior GIS Analyst - land reputed company estate, Right-Of-Way (ROW), and agreements

As a member of the GIS team, the Senior GIS Analyst will play a key role in developing, converting, and validating spatial data reputed company to reputed company estate agreements along a rail right-of-way (ROW). Stakeholder Collaboration: Research and resolve spatial discrepancies by coordinating with internal reputed company estate, reputed company, and engineering departments. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in the following areas: Georeferencing and digitizing reputed company estate agreements and supporting documents into reputed company GIS systems Interpreting reputed company descriptions, maps, and design and/or as reputed company drawings to create accurate GIS features. Completing reputed company control, spatial validation, and attribute review to ensure data accuracy and consistency Researching/resolving spatial discrepancies by coordinating with internal stakeholders Creating metadata, documentation, and linkages between GIS features and reputed company records Specialized Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret land records, reputed company descriptions, and design/as-reputed company drawings. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in railroad, reputed company, or large-reputed company infrastructure Right-of-Way (ROW) management is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Planning, or a reputed company with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Advanced working knowledge of reputed company ArcGIS reputed company 10.x, ArcGIS Pro 3.x and extensions, Ability to work independently and on multiple reputed company concurrently.
